30-Day Return & Refund Policy

At FlexiWash™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product should be returned in its original condition and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page and provide:

• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• Photos of the product if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions.

Please do not return any product before receiving return instructions from FlexiWash™.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be returned to the original payment method used when placing the order.

Refunds are normally processed within 15 days after the return has been approved.

Depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account after we have processed it.

If more than 15 days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact us through our Contact Us page.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

Any applicable return instructions and return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.
